Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $200. For orders under $200, we charge $15 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made on weekdays from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We will contact you via text message using the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you of the delivery arrangement.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Nature's Spa at Wheelock Place. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM from Mondays to Fridays and 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. Please bring your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International delivery

Sodashi Singapore offers FREE standard shipping for all international orders over $200 SGD. For all orders below $200 SGD, a flat shipping rate of $35.00 SGD applies. International shipping fees will be calculated during checkout. Please note that additional customs duties or taxes may apply.

You should expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days of dispatch, however certain destinations may take longer. If your parcel does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us at enquiry@sodashi.com.sg and we will track it for you.

Customs & Duties

When international orders reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates. Sodashi Singapore takes no responsibility for any potential duties and taxes applied by customs in the country of delivery. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information on taxes and duties. Sodashi Singapore cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, missed deliveries, or delivery company strikes, etc.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at enquiry@sodashi.com.sg with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at enquiry@sodashi.com.sg with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
