We pledge to reimburse you for any product delivered to you in a faulty or damaged condition, as required by Singapore Lemon Law. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, please notify us through our designated "Contact Us" webpage before returning the damaged goods.

If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we will gladly provide a full refund or credit. To initiate a refund, please submit your claim within 30 days of the shipment date. The returned product must be sent back to Sodashi Singapore. Please note that the refund does not cover any postage charges incurred during the purchase or return process. After the initial 30 days, returns will be processed as an in-house credit, applicable to your next purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, consider the following conditions:

- Refund payments will match the amount on the original purchase receipt.
- Returned products must have at least 50% of the contents remaining.
- The 100% Satisfaction guarantee is valid for products purchased online from Sodashi Singapore.
- You are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise. Any return expenses are at your own cost, except in cases where we sent an incorrect or faulty item. We cover the costs associated with returning the item(s) only in these rare circumstances. The refund will not exceed our standard shipping fee for the item(s) needing return and will be processed once the item(s) are received by our staff.
